Love for seasonal homegrown and local produce and absolutely fresh ingredients, and our own home-style preparation, we are always happy to present a spectacular buffet.
The apparent simplicity of Felicity’s style of preparation and presentation often belies the years of devotion given to acquiring the layers and textures of fine informal catering; a commitment to providing only the best to anyone who takes the time to visit and sit down with us. In essence it is simple, a particular flair, style and approach that our visitors find utterly irresistible, complemented by David’s handling of the various meat and fish dishes on the Weber. Salads and vegetables grown naturally in our own garden, meats of all sorts and of excellent quality from local sources, fresh fish often self caught, prepared alongside a variety of vegetarian dishes.
Home-baked sour dough breads with home-made relishes, dips, pesto, sauces and spreads, local cheeses and preserves adding a unique quality to our offerings. Home made cakes and desserts.
And all prepared and served in our own hand-made stoneware and porcelain tableware. In good conditions, wind and weather permitting, visitors enjoy their food in our spectacular environment from the terrace or lawns under the towering clock peaks of the Langeberg Mountains. Alternatively it’s indoors.
